Steyn, Parthiv back Kohli's decision to step down as T20 skipper

Kohli announced last week that he would step down as India's T20I captain after the upcoming T20 World Cup and a few days later, he announced that he would also give up the leadership of Royal Challengers Bangalore after the ongoing Indian Premier League season.
